Person centred planning Co ordinator

Many areas are employing person centred planning co-ordinators to build local capacity for person centred thinking and planning to support facilitators and to connect learning from plans to organisational change through an implementation group

There is an annual national gathering for person centred planning co-ordinators. In 2007 this will be on 8 th and 9 th October. Email HSA Events on hsaevents@helensandersonassociates.co.uk for more information.
