L'Arche Foundation in Poland, a Christian Community created to support people with learning difficulties, has launched a new initiative to develop Supported Employment Centre within existing Therapy Workshop premises. The first step to establish the Centre was to train staff in the areas of Vocational Counselling and Supported Employment. Training was open for other local and regional organisations that work for people with learning difficulties. Training was attended by 24 persons representing 5 organisations.
