2012 - Finalist, Laing and Buisson Specialist Independent Care Awards
For our work on personalisation and our book Making It Personal for Everyone.
2011 - Highly Commended at the HSJ Awards
Think About Your Life was shortlisted for the Managing Long Term Conditions award. We essentially came in second with a "Highly Commended" for our work.
2011 - Winner, Laing and Buisson Specialist Independent Care Awards
Personalisation award for our book, 'Making it Personal'.
2008 - HSA
have been given a National Training Award for Good 2
Great
HSA with United Response were National Training Award Winners. This award was given in recognition of the positive changes made to the lives of individuals and staff through the Good 2 Great Programme.
Centerpoint Facilitation with HSA Canada was recognised with the Community Disability Service Sector Leadership Award in May 2012.
This award was presented to an organization/individual who had helped to better people's lives in the northwest region of Alberta. We were pleased to celebrate our 25 years of delivering person centered planning to the NW region by accepting this award.
