Julie Allen leads HSA Ireland, covering the whole of Ireland, North and South.
Julie has a determined interest in assisting the newly formed Health and Social Care Trusts in Northern Ireland to ensure that person centred approaches are at the centre of their systems, structures and services.
Julie has a passionate interest in children and young people, especially those who are Looked After (Those subject to The Children (NI) Order 1995)
