HSA is working in partnership with the Older People Programme and the Centre for Policy on Ageing on the Practicalities and Possibilities project.

Positive Options is a West Midlands based diagnostics, education and consultancy organisation  that offers a range of person-centred programmes to paid supporters and people involved in supporting individuals through non-paid relationships.  Positive Options is accredited by the BILD (British Institute of Learning Disabilities) Physical Interventions Accreditation Scheme (PIAS) and offers, as part of its education and training curricular, person-centred physical interventions training that complies with current best practice guidance issued by the Department of Health and the Department for Education and Skills; Guidance for Physical Interventions (2002)

Steve Bailey, a National Project Manager for Mencap, works with us to deliver training and consultancy on Support Planning, Learning and Living Support Planning and developing Individual Service Funds.

Simon Brown- Lamont, who uses an Individual Budget, works with us to deliver training and consultancy on Individual Budgets, Support Planning and developing Social Enterprises.
