Change

Our approach to change is based on person centred thinking.

good2great

We offer a way to change practice and culture through teams (Transforming Teams) and through Good2Great. Good2Great is an award winning international programme for using person centred thinking to lead change and enable organisations become more person centred and responsive to the people it supports.

Another powerful way to create change is to use information from person centred reviews to inform strategic planning. This process is called 'Working Together for Change' and was developed by H S A, and piloted by the Department of Health (UK) in 2009.
