Person Centred Supervision.

Person centred supervision is a partnership process that creates respectful and supportive climate enabling people to understand and support each other well.

The strategies and tools used in this workshop promote listening and creative thinking.

The course covers the 4 following areas:

1. Purpose: What do we want to achieve through supervision?

2. People: How do we work together in supervision?

3. Process: How do we develop an agenda for supervision? What is the process for supervision? How do we record our sessions?

4. Progress: How can we review our progress? What else can we try?

This course is suitable for any one in a supervisory position.

Participants will be able to utilse the person centred supervision process to conduct positive and productive supervisions. This includes:
