The content of this course reflects the Department of Health's guidance "Personlisation through Person Centred Planning (2010)" and how Progress for Providers (for managers) fits with the Care Quality commission's regulatory outcome framework, Supporting People (Quality assurance framework), the Health and Social Care Diploma, the reach standards as well as other quality assurance and development frameworks.
This one day course enables managers of provider services
to identify and begin to address the changes that are needed to
ensure that person centred approaches are embedded in day to day
practice and that people using services have choice ad control over
how they are supported.
