Person Centred Teams

A person centred team is a team with a structured sense of purpose. The team knows what is important to and for its members and this is recorded in a team plan.

Person centred teams roles and tasks are allocated based on members strengths and interests. Team members regularly reflect and share what they are learning.

Developing and transforming teams is a way to create organisational change.
