We think Person Centred Thinking and Planning is for everyone who wants to make a positive change in their life.

This work has been pioneered with people who have learning disabilities and their families, and is now being used throughout the age range, from children to older people, with families, by people who have mental health issues, learning disabilities and people who use substances.
