My name is Janet Fletcher, I am an RMN at Springhill Care Group, Anne Marie is away on holiday & will be sharing the work around Living Well Before You Die in her next blog instead of this one. Therefore my colleague Lynne Kinder & I have this opportunity to share how things are going from our perspective in our organisation's journey to become truly person centred. This is not simply about the way we support & empower those who live here which is of paramount importance of course, but also about ensuring that person centred practices are embedded throughout all aspects of the organisation. We have the Progress for Providers self assessment tool which will help us think about our progress as an innovative provider in terms of responding to the personalisation agenda.
